Join me for a guided movement practice centered on the seasonal patterns in the transition to autumn and longer nights. We will explore solo, duet, and group movement and intuitive dance practices that draw on the themes of fading, transition, balance, ephemerality, cycles, and gratitude. We will practice in the indoor barn space as well as outdoors in the meadows and woods, connecting with, learning from, and honoring the landscape, creatures, and memories that inhabit this special place.
